This is a New Year, this is my first Blog and my first Blog Post.
Today I made this birthday card for Tim Holtz. I don't own a lot of his supplies yet but I'm trying to get there. I did have fun working with what I have on hand though. I got some die cuts of his Gadget Gear and Mini Butterfly in a craft swap and used them on this card. I inked my paper (from Tim's Lost and Found Stash) up with Distress Inks, partially embossed it using his clockwork and gear embossing folder with my rolling pin so that it had a lot of fade out to the embossing. I also used a Remember When Circle Alpha, and an Indigo Stamps Flourish and Vintage Ephemera from my stash. I finished it up with some Stickles. The inside I used some mini paper gears as a mask.
Thanks for stopping by!
